Recently Supreme Court of Bharat has passed the law that live-in relationships between man and woman , sex relations between them are not an offence, the children born out of the wedlock will not be considered as illegitimate children. It is a legal. Interpretation of the law and I have personally no problem with it. However, such a behavior is going to break the basic fabric of an Indian society.
In the same supreme courts judgment one of the statement was made that “Even Lord Krishna and Radha lived together according to mythology”. It is extremely shameful, hurting, humiliating and insulting statement coming from one of the highest institution of the country. This statement was delivered by the chief justice of Supreme Court K. G. balkrishnana, Justice Deepak Verma and Justice B. S, Chouhan. These judges have earned one of the highest degrees in education possible; they are considered highly capable, educated and scholarly people. This statement was given without the knowledge and understanding of the scriptures and misleading to people of India and rest of the world...
Bhagwan Shri Krishna and his ever bliss power Shri Radha Rani are worshipped in the whole world. You can find their devotees in each corner of the universe. Any seeker who wants to know about Hindu Dharma will definitely study the life of Shri Krishna and shri Radha Rani, would like to understand the true nature of their divine relationships. According to our scriptures and the devotion of Rdha and gopies is the highest kind of devotion. The gopies of brij are not village women, they are Rishis, Saints and seekers in their previous lives and came to this world again to be with Shri Krishna and Shri Radha. The same way Shri Radha Rani is eternal blessing power of Shri Krishna , their relations are eternal, true, divine and can not be define in human limitations. Shri Krshna himself source of all the creation, Yogi-Yogeshwar and Sat Chit Anand. It is sin to call them just humans. I want to ask these judges, have they ever studied Shrimad Bhgawat Geeta or Shrimad Bhaagwat Mahapuran ? Then on what ground their pen residing over the chair of Supreme Court can write such low statement.
Even for any reason our respected Judges don’t consider Shri Krishna and Shri Radha Rani as divine figures still, no scripture or any authentic book says that Shri Krishna and Radha Rani lived together. For their information Shri Kishna left Gokul at the age 14 and never came back so the question of their living together never arose.
As a Hindu I am extremely hurt and disappointed with this statement . It is the misfortune of India that sons and daughters of this nation who acquire highest degrees, want to know the history, politics and what not of others countries, but fail get true knowledge their own history. As a result are giving false statement and misleading people.
Individually any one can have their own opinion about anything. But sitting on the highest chair of judiciary system and giving such false , insensitive and insulting statements about the Dharma or culture is a crime. Chief justice Shri K. G. Balkrishnan along with other judges needs to remove that statement from the report and sincerely apologize to all Krishna and radha devotes of this world. Ironically Balkrishnan is also name of Shri Krishna, I hope he understands the real meaning of his name.
